I was leaning chinese lanterns but just checked the wind on weather undergound and it's basically nothing, speed wise, 0.0. Still possible but I'm still at wtf.

This exact same sighting is by every person who claims to have seen a UFO, no joking. Do you live near an Air Force base? They all seem to live by Air Force bases.

That's what we saw fifteen years ago.
And it changed direction so wasn't a flare or meteor.

Lol it's funny you posted this, because I saw the same thing on Siegen lane tonight in Baton Rouge... I told my girl wtf is that and watched it for a while and came to the conclusion it was a Chinese lantern...

I just want to add to this thread. I'm in Aurora, CO and I was watching the fire works here from Buckley Air Force Base when I saw three lights, seemingly flying in perfect formation, back behind the fireworks. They were obviously moving, as sometimes they seemed to merge into one entity before spreading back out again. They disappeared at one point, reappeared at a lower altitude, and then disappeared entirely.

Somebody was flying a drone over my house in Geismar last night. It had LEDs all over it. Twss pretty cool.
