I'm in the oilfield. I can't put a 17 year old girl on the screen in front of these rednecks

So a nsfw would have helped you know you were putting a 17 year old on the screen, not the current thread title...

I have. It's been awhile since I've tried though so I may give it a try again but I'm not hopeful.

Good God.

Think my best max ever was 425 a few years ago and I likely weighed 50+ lbs more than this chick. That's crazy.

Women actually are much closer to men when it comes to lower body strength then most people think.

Upper body is a completely different story.

Regardless this is super impressive. I was 5'11 205 my senior year (2012) and worked my arse of to hit 385 as a max. I was more of a bench guy maxing at 305.

No use of shoulder pad, beast...she goes alot lower than many guys too.

If I had legs scheduled that day and I saw her doing that, I'd quickly move to shoulders

It's a giant maxi pad that gym newbs wrap around the bar to keep their neck and shoulders from hurting.

I don't understand. If the bar is in the right spot, it doesn't hurt. Is there any possible way to make it hurt right there,

If you don't have good trap development it sits on bone and can be painful for some people.

That's an elieko rack and I see elieko plates on the wall in the background. Wouldn't exactly call that shitty equipment
