Why would a girl work out? Just don't eat like a normal girl

Nice depth. Really can't critique much here although I personally don't pause that long before starting my first rep but whatever she is doing is working.

What's crazy to me is I think they shortchanged her.

i see 45 (bar) + 6 x 45 + 2 x 25 + 2 x 10 + 2 x 5 which adds up to 395. Should've just stuck a couple 2.5s on the end for an even 400.

The bar is possibly not a standard 45 lb bar. They do come in different weights with different grip thickness.

If by most you mean 99.999% then yes.

Absolutely, doesn't mean she is a better athlete than the majority of men, but she is definitely better than 99.9% of men at putting heavy weights on her back and doing squats.

Do a set of 10 or 8 and I'll be impressed.

Impressive

Great technique.

May have taken too many steps out the rack, but the depth was there.

Very impressive for a 17 year old girl especially in a lower weight class.

I wonder what her deadlift number is. She should have a great number for that too.

Very unlikely.

A smaller bar would whip potentially causing the plates to unload

Are we looking at the same pic? I mean she's not ugly but 'attractive' does not come to mind at all imho.

Anyone with a critique of this girls form can suck it.

She's 17. Definitely weighs under 150. Squatting 385 below parallel.

That's beast mode.

Put a dress and some makeup on her and I'm sure she'd turn a few heads as well.
