Good to see he had time to come out of his Trump is President mental breakdown to talk about something else.

This is an insanely dumb opinion. All research shows that vaccines do
Not lead to autism.

In the past, many more women had miscarriages due to the ability of our prenatal medicine. I saw a study about a year or so ago in which many, not all, of the mothers of autistic children had very difficult pregnancies where the body tried to terminate the pregnancy. The fact that our prenatal care prevents so many miscarriages now has direct correlation to autism increases.

It just so happens that about the time children get vaccinations autism systems begin to present themselves. I'll look for the study and link it if I can find it again

The show is at its best it goes into non-Trump topics. I generally just turn off the episodes where Trump is the focus of entire episode since he's beaten the Trump topic to death.

Whatever. Most anti-vax people I know are hard core Christian conservatives.

Did he though? Isn't Trump an anti-vaxxer?

Watch the first 30 seconds of the video for some well-deserved Trump criticism.

Vaccines are important my children are vaccinated, but the meteoric rise in autism cases is linked to something, and many have said vaccines are the culprit. Time will tell.

Here's what I don't get about anti-vaxxers - Let's pretend they are correct and vaccines are linked to autism. You know what not getting vaccinated is linked to? Kids fricking dying.

I'd be curious to see stats on the death rate of unvaccinated vs vaccinated kids due to diseases that there are vaccines for. The Amish is a huge group that all live close together and would be cheap and easy to study. Would also like to see stats on Autism rates for both groups. That would put the debate to bed.

I have to come clean, the flu kills 30,000 Americans/year and I have never been vaccinated.

So you've never in your life gotten a flu shot ever? Even in adulthood?

You can already see the measles and mumps are making a comeback from just the small percentage of anti-vaxers. Imagine what they would be if 300 million stopped vaccinating.

A child who contracts something like The measles has a high likelihood of severe brain damage, and yes possibly death. I know of this firsthand, as my mentally challenged uncle was born with a fully functional brain, but contracted the measles as an infant.

The speculated pros do not outweigh the very real cons

I don't know a lot about the anti-vaccination school of thought, but I am curious to know how these kids are able to go to school, and then ultimately college. I mean I am about to start law school, and even they require my immunization forms.

Any man who watches John Oliver is probably a closet gay who wears hipster clothing and has a hipster beard and also wears thick black framed hipster glasses and only eats at certified organic vegan restauarants

Not one. I don't know many people that do, either. Is it pretty common?

My 10 month old got chicken pox from day care because some asshat older kid wasn't vaccinated. So yeah, frick those people.

The autism spectrum has been nothing but expanded, and as said recent studies are trending that modern medicine is helping babies survive that would of normally been aborted due to the mom's health or other factors. There are many reasons to explain increases in autism, linking them mostly to Vaccines is laughable.
