Which wouldn't hurt her torts claim of the man using unnecessary force to kill her property and it caused emotional trauma.
I'm not sure how much more simple I can make it for you. Do I need to draw pictures to help explain?

My aunt has a pug and every fricking time I go to her house that little shite arse comes fricking with me for no reason. One day that bitch bit me on my heel and I said frick it and I hit that bastard with the Shawn Michaels sweet chin music. Problem solved.

Yea, it was totally her fault her moronic roommate left the door wide open while we across the street at a friends house.

She would have to prove he used unnecessary force, which she would not be able to do without footage, which she does not have. She's fricked, just leave.

Pug? Chihauhua? Yorkie?

Show us on the doll where the little puppy bit and forever scarred you.

wouldn't matter. if the guy kicked my dog and killed it, he would never walk again. I'd greet him the next day at the same corner with a bat and crush his knees "Paulie 'Walnuts' Gualtieri-style" (Sopranos). I'd get sued, but the dude would never lift his legs again without thinking of me.

No you wouldn't. You'd be the same coward in hiding just like you are now...spewing nonsense like this.

If people took the time to train their shitty little dogs these days instead of putting costumes on them and posting it on Facebook then it wouldn't matter if she left the damn door open.

I don't think anyone is arguing that the dog shouldn't have been on a leash. That is pretty much established.

The debate is about whether the guy should have kicked a small dog to death. He likely had the legal right to do so but that doesn't mean he should have done it. We have the legal right to be douche bags and pussies about a lot of things, but that doesn't mean we need to do them. None of us were there, so we can't really speak in absolutes, but I can't imagine a situation where I would feel threatened by a small pug.

So you think that there is only 1 single way to be able to prove that a man using lethal force against a 15 pound pet was necessary?

You put that hat on yet?

So pugs should get a free pass because they can't bite hard, and are exempt from leash laws? Wtf?

The reason a pug needs to stay on a leash isn't because it's vicious, but it's because it's an incredibly naive dog and will run into traffic without giving a shite. Yeah, the owner fricked up, but there's something just malicious on punting a pug.

Anybody else watch the video in the OP? Said he had been bitten by a dog in 2012 so it's pretty reasonable for him to not be a fan of dogs.

According to some in this thread, you shouldn't have been bothered by that. They have small mouths and can't inflict more damage than an animal that weighs 10 oz, if that makes any sense. Also, how did you know how much force to use, in order to not kill it? Did you ask the dog kicking experts here, first?

How are the two even close to comparable? One is a car accident that isn't intentional, another is a man intentionally punting a dog.

Simple, two idiotic acts result in death.

Dog on leash, dog still alive.

Wear your seat belt, probably still alive.

The man kicking the dog is a non factor if leash is on just like getting ejected from a car is a non factor if seat belt is on.

Are you too stupid to understand this simple concept?
