It's a joke how the media is praying for the Rio Olympics to be a disaster.

They are actually pushing that agenda to get ratings.

All of you are going to be so disappointed when it ends up being just another Olympics.

I am sure that the media will be looking to report on every little normal, big city, crime during the Olympics.

Anyway, I will accept apologies from you all on behalf of the actual people of Brasil after the Olympics go off with out a hitch.

Their main doping lab was shut down due to major discrepancies. The whole thing is gonna be a shite show behind the scenes.

Depends on what you define as without a hitch. Without a major, world-altering problem? Probably. Without some relatively important problems related to the well-being of athletes and spectators? No chance in hell.

Just this morning i was listening to a couple idiots on the radio talk about how you shouldn't brush your teeth with the water.

That is a load of shite. Trying to get ratings.

Do the other Olympics have athletes withdrawing over infection fears?

Maybe they have. I'm just asking.

I am just saying that I have spent many a drunk night in both cities and I feel safer in Rio. The thugs in Rio are more removed from the rest of society. In New Orleans they are crawling all over everywhere.

I know someone from Rio who lives here and won't go back without a body guard. That's all I got.

Unless you are a prego, why would you care about Zika? The effects are lesser than the common cold.

I really wouldn't be surprised if something goes down in Rio. There's definitely precedent for terrorist attacks at the Olympics. The increasing threat of international terrorism and security/police problems in Brazil makes for a bad combo.

That is the dumbest thing that I have ever heard, unless he is a well known politician.
