50 police have been killed in Rio alone this year.
And the level of corruption is unreal. I knew a guy who was in LE and sent down to Brazil to consult. Said he was riding around with Brazilian police when they got in a fender bender. He said the police got out, robbed the offender, Shot him, and threw his body of the bridge.
I ain't sure that story is 100% but I wouldn't doubt it.

This is not true because this guy said it. You admit in your post, that Brasil if rife with corruption, but then you take his comment as fact?

Anyone who competes in any sport in the bay and doesn't get hep, dysentery or cholera will get a gold medal.
