This works. But I started drinking Titos and Pedialyte lately. My hangovers are so much less worse now.

Still can't believe more people don't do this. Order the water with your first drink and when you're done drink half water.
Survived many festivals with my camelbak and heavy drinking.

If I have Percocet then I'm not wasting time drinking anyway. Alcohol is what you do when you don't have any better drugs on hand.

My go to was always 3 asprin and 2 tums before bed, then a quarter pounder early next morning. Greasy food always settled my stomach

This place is only $50 and you end up getting a bunch of vitamins to go along with the rehydration. It's definitely worth it the couple times I've gone
I would've eagerly paid $50 to erase my hangovers back in the day. Better than feeling miserable a whole day. I've had a couple hangovers last more than a day. frick that. Now I just don't drink much anymore.

I go to this place because I'm b12 deficient but they've got stuff for hangovers, sinus colds, athletic performance, migraines and lots of autoimmune type diseases. $50 once a month is all I pay

You're talking about that VidaFlo place. I went over there after working all weekend at my daughters flooded out house back in August. Was dehydrated and exhausted but I felt 200% better by the time I left.

Wonder if mixing pedialyte w vodka makes a good drink

Yeah brother, IV hydration is the easiest and fastest way to cure a hangover. You can also get vitamins with your bag which can also help. Check out Vida Flo Baton Rouge. They have memberships also.

Here's the deal. Two enzymes are active in the metabolism of ethanol.
1. Alcohol dehydrogenase metabolizes ethanol to an aldehyde known as acetaldehyde. Acetaldehyde is primarily responsible for hangovers.
2. Aldehyde dehydrogenase metabolizes the acetaldehyde into fairly non-toxic metabolites, thereby alleviating the hangover.
The obvious "cure" of the hangover is to somehow increase one's level of aldehyde dehydrogenase so that as soon as acetaldehyde is produced, it would get metabolized. The problem is that this enzyme's activity is within the cell's mitochondria, and no route of administration (oral, iv, etc) of supplemental enzyme is known to be effective at increasing mitochondrial levels of specific enzymes.

Oxycodone, xanax and normal saline will cure you every time.

My dad claims he hasn't had a hangover since using his Cpap for sleep apnea. Personally I get bad headaches from dehydration. Drink plenty of water and take NSAIDs before bed. If I'm still suffering I usually go for a slow paced 2 mile jog and have a Bloody Mary. It usually goes away after that

The main reason is of dehydration, that's a fact!
