Drink a Gatorade or a big glass of water before bed.

It's dehydration, not AIDS.

Drink a lot of fluids and you'll be fine. That said, if you don't want to be hungover, then don't drink like an amateur.

In all seriousness, anyone ever try ammonia inhalers/smelling salts?

Prehydrate your body.

Guzzle 1 or 2 bottled waters before you hit the sack and you'll be at least 90% recovered by the time you wake up. It works.

Chug water, jerk off, pass out for a 2 hour nap, jerk off again, and then eat chicken nuggets.

I usually just chug a bottle of powerade and two ibuprofen before I go to bed and viola, no hangover.

You fricks that still haven't found a friend that is a nurse with access to saline drips are doing it all wrong.

Not a better way to make it through clutch seasons like carnival, jazz fest, beach trips, etc.. come'on man, and you people try to claim some champion of parties

Yeah pedialyte is nice and all but throwing in an IV with a bag for an hour of .9% sodium chloride solution or whatever when you wake up from 2 hours of sleep still drunk on LundiGras morning, is just the proper way to do it.

My hangovers are different than the usual symptoms. I don't get nauseous or a pounding headache like others get.

I'm really tired, disoriented, and confused. I feel like I'm in a fog. Chugging a glass of water or Powerade and a couple of ibuprofens really can't cure that. That's only a time thing.

Gave up drinking as a New Year's resolution on Dec. 31st 1998. Haven't had a hangover since.

Cool. That does NOTHING to address the topic.

It's all about prevention. Mix in a glass of water or two.
