I never said Louisiana was any better.

Texas on the other hand has it's shite together way more than California.

We are in the midst of a very real drought but you have to give us some credit. We live in a state where it has rarely rained for years yet we've had almost no mandatory water rationing. Millions of people water their lawns daily and wash their cars as often as they want. The biggest effect (affect?) on me has been having to ask for water at restaurants. In other words we are excellent at getting water to where it's needed. States lie Georgia get a little less rain and have mandatory rationing and close car washes.

It's easily top 10 in the US, maybe top 5. That would make it top 30 or so in the world.

That's awesome, it really is....but wherein lies the delusion is when the citizens of California start telling the rest of the country what to do with it's resources or laws based on it's(CA) own conditions. California is a fricking mess in general-not that other states in the union aren't, but California uses it's population (which is inflated by generations of illegals) as some sort of authority to the rest of the country.

It was a great place at one time, especially during the Civil Rights movement. It is not that California anymore.

To be fair, New Yorkers do the same thing.

Next time I meet a person from Los Angeles that isn't an actor or entertainer I'll be convinced there's an ounce of rationalism in California.
