I like going to the discount Dillard's there. I need some shirts. Is it under patrol/protection with all that's happening, or have they given up on it?

As in, is it as safe as it ever has been, or much worse?

Serious question. Some of those BLM videos talked about targeting the malls in BR. And while I don't care about mall of Louisiana in regards to safety, Cortana is seedier.

Then BR has a serious public relations problem. Because all the news had it seem like the entire city was going to hell.
