Given his actions and lack of reaction to tazing, I would not be surprised to learn he was under the influence of PCP or something similar.

I think they wait for Election to be over.
If Hillary wins, they try to fry the cops, they will make sure it goes to grand jury. Obama and doj pushing for charges.
If Trump wins, they try to push the case to a grand jury, but it gets pdelayed till after he is in office and cops are not charged.

I've been taking this with a grain of salt, but I have actually heard more than once that there is another video that has not been made public yet that justifies the officer's shooting of Mr. Sterling. One of the people that told me this worked for a neighboring parish prosecutor's office. He said, though, that due to political pressure, that the officer who shot will likely still be charged with something. Like I said though, I take all this with a grain of salt.

If the police are charged then I might stage a protest. It seems like it would be a shut & close case. He resisted arrest, got tased twice, it didn't stop him, they got him to the ground, he was still wrestling around with them, he was trying to reach for his pocket with the gun, which he was carrying illegally, in it.

PCP or synthetic weed I will suspect. Toxicology takes a couple months as well. Especially in a case this national.
Also for any Po-Po on here. Will the taser work with thick clothing? Like a big oversized jersey? If the prongs only contact the clothing and not skin, and that clothing is hanging and oversized. I'm a big boy myself. Own only one Drew Brees jersey. I make sure it is roomy so as to not see my fat rolls.
Do any of the videos actually show a gun? Not trying to flame here, I believe he had one. Just asking if there is video evidence. We are well past the point where people will "know" a gun was planted on him.

Kind of what I was asking? Not sure if you were trying to answer me or not.
He has some big red shirt or jersey type thing on. Kind of hangs on him. If the taser only hits cloth and the shirt hangs, is it effective?
