Tazers don't work on everyone. And everyone has different reactions to it. Some damn near die from a simple tazing. Some need a fully charged tazing to even get knocked down.
It's like pepper spray, it works on some, and some u can literally spray it right in their eyes and they just laugh at it. And you have some, where a mist of pepper spray hits them and they go into shock and literally need to be revived.

Go fill up your bathtub, plug an extension cord into the wall, cut the end off of it, and then drop it in the tub. Come back with results as to how electricity works mmkay

LAAG will likely say they are not bringing charges within the next few weeks (after school starts).
Local US Attorney will drag this out until early November. do the same thing, to get blacks to the polls for Hillary.

I've heard they aren't going to charge them and that they were going to make an announcement Friday or Saturday, but I took that with a grain of salt.

Might not work out just like last time. If they do, they should probably tread lightly because I'm sure the cops are going to be extra physical since 3 of their own were just killed.

I know that the cops lost their body cameras In the tussle, but they should have worked up until then and there should be good evidence of what happened before the cops got into it with Sterling, right?

Supposedly they are set to announce that there will be no charges filed against the two officers today, but who knows. That's the rumor I heard but the source isn't someone that stated it as fact, but "informed opinion". At any rate, JBE, for all of the legit failures he has been called out for, should be patted on the back for kicking this to the Justice Dept immediately imo.
