You'll take the German car for the way it drives, not for the cost of maintenance. You can't sit here with a straight face and tell me that German cars are either cheaper to maintain or require less maintenance. You just can't.

I should hope so, yall pay more for every service.

And I didn't even purchase my car from the local dealer. I've never experienced anything like Porsche's service department.

With the cost of their vehicles compared to comparable competition, they should wow you with stuff like that.

Well, have fun trying to take a road trip with a family of 5 and luggage for a week in a sedan. SUVs serve a purpose no matter how much you don't care to admit it.

Unless you are dead set on that new model styling (i'm 50/50) on it, you can probably get a fantastic deal on the 2014's because of that model refresh.

Man, if I'm paying that much for a GMC, I'd just go ahead and get an Escalade.

Didn't you criticize OP for buying an SUV instead of a truck like 3 posts ago?

when you buy a new vehicle every 2 years any dealer, American or Foreign with do this for you.

No.
Guess I misunderstood this.

I can guarantee my $30k F150 is almost as luxurious as the SUVs you're looking at. At the very least there is not $50k worth of difference. You'll lose more in depreciation in 2 to 3 years than my truck cost. Have fun with that.
Apologies.

If you are going to drop $80K on a SUV, get a Toyota Land Cruiser. They have insanely high resale and they are amazing vehicles inside and out. They don't have the douche appeal of the Lexus counterpart either.

That was more on spending that much money on a vehicle period while justifying it with "luxury."

Don't care
It's what I'm partial to.

It's funny.. Jones was joking that I junk all my cars and if he ever buys me a car, it will be some little convertible or something.
So I get online and find a convertible I love.
We look at the price: $250k.
How does that always happen? i always like the ridiculously priced thing having no idea what it costs when I see it.

On a side note: the new corvette and the new jag f type are FIIIIIIIIINE cars.

I have 5 kids. Don't really have a choice at this point. (I tried selling a kid or two, the wife stopped me). The Minivan is full....can't put much more in it after car seats and a stroller. The suburban will be the vehicle of choice for trips and such.
