If you weren't an American, in which country would you prefer to have been born?

Assuming you are an American, that is.
Toss up between England and Australia for me. Leaning more toward Aussie, however.
A lot of people poke fun at Brits, and they do the same to us, but as far as allies go, there are few, if any, that are better.

My mom was born in Ireland. I've got family there and England. One of those two countries, although the Irish economy is completely in the shitter.

I was stationed there for 3 years. Germany has plenty of hot women who speak English, low crime, great public education and health care. What's not to like?
