I'd just drink some Limu. Some dude told me that it cures everything. Surely it would frick up some alien viruses.

If germs from one continent can wipe out an entire other continent's population, then I shudder to think what germs from another planet could do.
Infectious bacteria and viruses are absurdly highly tailored to their hosts.
Unless we are the product of an alien seeding program it won't affect us.

I imagine such an unlikely scenario would not easily result in a disease that actually impacted humans.
My slightly less tin foil hat concern is this: I wonder how likely it is that stored or mutated viruses could be accidentally unleashed by terrorist organizations and end up killing much of the world's livestock....causing millions to starve to death. I imagine water and food supplies could be serious targets in the future.
