Well, it is because all the gangs and drug dealers made shop in the area from Detriot. The Ashland, Huntington, Ironton, and Portsmouth area is turning or is a shithole.

I didn't know they used Fentanyl to cut it. I remember fentanyl patches being a thing in the mid 00's. People would cut the patches up and suck the goo out of them. Or just cut them and stick them on their forehead under a hat or on their chest.

Actually, it could mean it is pure heroin. If you are use to taking a certain amount of heroin that isn't pure then you put that same amount in that pure.. people can overdose.

Widely-available pure heroin in West Virginia? Skeptical.

This seems to be the common reaction, you shouldn't take it personal, they are just coming down from a high so its not like they are thinking completely rational at the time.

Our government has had every opportunity to eradicate the opium poppy. They choose not to.

Clearly our government is willing to accept these ridiculous health issues.

Do you realize what it would do if all of a sudden all illegal drugs were taken off the street? They would be a need for less law enforcement, rehabs would have to shut down across the nation, etc. There is a lot of drug money used to buy shite so it would take away a source of income from some.. some of those who are able to take that money, make it legal and do something else with it, etc.

That's right. The metaphor works as well to describe the decay, but the drugs & crime are literally flooding in from Detroit.

I know a doctor that was bad off on the stuff. At one point he was stealing fentanyl from his patients, meaning they were not getting the proper amount of pain medication when going under. He actually thought he was going to get his medical license back after getting caught

thought fentanyl was harder to get than heroin. Why would they use it to cut?

Its cheap Mexican fentanyl, made in a farmhouse. Makes their "brand" of heroin the strongest.

This is not why they don't destroy the poppy fields.

Its a middle eastern relations thing.

It's basically a 'bathtub gin" version of Fentanyl.

It's not as enjoyable as one with such proclivities might think. And the juice definitely isn't worth the squeeze.

Or so I've heard.

Boy, I bet it really chaps your arse to know that a 'trashy ol' junky' is more intelligent, successful, better looking and just an all around more desirable person to be around than yourself, Sody Cracker.

That's the kind of thing that would make some men, lesser, more insecure men, stick their head in an oven. Anyway, you hang in there, bud, you hear?
