Depends on where you'll be, but Jason's Deli has an awesome salad bar, Ghengis Grill, Chipotle, all have healthy options. Pho, Mediterranean, and sushi aren't bad. Just choose the healthy options. Whole Foods, Central Market, and Trader Joe's offer a lot of premade heathy options as well.

Almost every hotel has a microwave and a fridge in the room. I go to the grocery store and get lean cuisines, fruit, V8.
At lunch I go the the hotel or get a southwest salad at McD or something fairly healthy at Subway. I pack plastic fork/knife/spoon, salt and pepper, tabasco, parmesan - which helps with lean cuisines. Sometimes I stock up sandwich supplies and cereal and skim milk if it will be a while (biscuits and gravy are my downfall).

Look for places like snap kitchen, my fit foods, etc. Don't know how wide spread they are though and they are pricey for size.

I eat at Whole Foods a ton when on work trips. Smoothie/juice bars are a good option too.

Chipotle is my go to healthy meal for fast and eating out.

Bowl, brown rice, fajitas, double chicken, salsas, sometimes a little light cheese.

Buy a foreman grill and cook with it in your room. Get some steam in bag vegetables and cook it in the Microwave or buy a single burner stove and use that. It's not that hard. What do you normally cook?

Its really hard. I used to travel a lot, these are some tips.

1) do not eat an unhealthy bfast. Bfast is the easiest meal to do healthy.

2) whole foods salad bar is your friend. This is a great way to get a reasonably priced healthy dinner. Not everything on their salad bar is healthy but enough is that you will be ok

3) watch the booze. The booze is what kills you calorie wise, I have always had a hard time not taking a work drink. Stay away from social dinners

4) work out. one of the things taht you will find wehn you travel for work, is you have a surprisingly amount of free time at night. Its usually easy to find something social, but don't do that - instead go back to the hotel and work out, then run to whole foods (if available) for dinner.

i usually hit the gym 2x a day on extended trip for that reason. membership to anytime fitness has been great as they're in most decent sized cities and i try to book my hotels close to them. hotel gyms tend to suck.

every restaurant has healthy items, problem is they are rarely as good as the fattening stuff.

You can still eat healthy at fast food places. Like at subway, I don't really go there often, prob once a year, but I just make the sub into a salad.
