[quote]Never been yelled at by a business person, but I guarantee the one who does will never see a single penny from me, and never is a very long time. re: Is It True That You Can't Haggle Much Off MSRP on Toyota's? - SirSaintly
True car has the "true price" at $1500 off of sticker. I guess I'm used to buying American trucks which come way more off sticker. I'm shopping in Dallas area and will start emailing Internet sales managers. When do the 2017's come out? Maybe that'll give me more bargaining power. ...

Is It True That You Can't Haggle Much Off MSRP on Toyota's? - SirSaintly
I'm in the market for a small SUV for my fiancee. We're looking at the RAV-4 and most Internet prices are only $1,000 off MSRP. I've been told that you can't really get much off of Toyota's b/c their of their high resale value. Is this true? Also besides Rav4, are Hyundai Tucson's considered rel...

re: Where To Avoid In Dallas - SirSaintly
Dallas doesn't have many bad areas that a tourist would accidentally end up in. Pleasant Grove, the area around Fair Park and parts of Oak Cliff can be bad, but I doubt you'd ever find yourself in those areas. What do you plan on doing while there? It's nothing like Nola crime btw. ...

Swung by Simon's this afternoon. There wasn't much to choose from as much of the art there was already sold. I inquired about a piece and the girl called Simon who was at home. Kinda glad I stopped by to see 3 twenty-somethings actually painting this art and not Simon. His stuff is kinda expensive c...

Best Places For Local Art That Isn't Touristy or $$$$$ - SirSaintly
I'm in New Orleans on business this week. A good friend of mine's birthday is next week and she collects art. I'd like to buy her some local art that isn't "touristy" crap ie. Fleur de lis's or pictures of Jackson Square etc. I've been in some galleries on Royal, but the stuff that wasn't touristy ...

re: What is your average water bill? - SirSaintly
About $55 a month and it includes sewage and trash pick up. It'll probably jump to around $100 or so in July, Aug, Sept as I water my lawn more. Water is expensive in Dallas, but my electricity bill is like $50 a month even in the summer with the A/C set to 70 all night long. :nana:...

re: Anybody have their kid redshirt Kindergarten in Louisiana? - SirSaintly
It's very common here in Dallas, but these parents are super competitive and will pick up and move to another ISD b/c the average SAT score is 5 points higher. You see a lot of 6-7 year olds in fricking Kindergarten. fricking ridiculous. I started kindergarten at 4 and graduated high school at 17. ...
