Travelling for work for a month or two with a per diem. Is there any possible way to eat somewhat healthy?

Go to the grocery store instead of the drive thru

Pantera Bread, the grill at Whole Foods, oatmeal and fruits for breakfast, etc.

Will you have a main office that has a cafeteria? If so then you should be able to choose wisely on eating

I travel constantly and probably eat healthier then than I do at home. Pretty east. Don't eat a fastfood places. Go somewhere that serves real food to eat.

Will you be staying in hotels the whole time? Urban/Suburban areas?

Would try to get some kind of produce from grocery store. If urban (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods). If you have a fridge you can keep lettuce and other vegetables (carrots) that don't need to be cooked.

use that per diem to grocery shop and eat like you would at home

at least that is what I did when I traveled like this

I always stayed at those extended stay hotels that had small kitchens

I'll be in a hotel the entire time...I was thinking grocery stores would be my best bet. Didnt know if there were some quick serve places that have decently healthy food since I never eat out

I've traveled for work a lot and it is possible but can be a little difficult. You can't really cook in the hotel (unless at an extended stay) so it can limit your options. Biggest thing is to try to limit yourself to "bad meals" on weekends only.

Wish I had a kitchen. Likely will just be a hotel
