How to drink beer all night without getting drunk

I don't know why anyone would ever want to drink beer and NOT get drunk, but that aside, apparently a biochemistry PH.D. has found out how to do so, which also mitigates hangovers.
The trick? One teaspoon of Fleischmann's dry yeast per beer, which causes your stomach to break down alcohol before it ever hits your bloodstream.
Has anyone ever tried this? Also, would this be considered a PED for beer pong/flip cup purposes?
