About half and half. Frankly I think you're not doing it right if she's not after you also.

Once a week is plenty if you're both happy and you've got kids and both work.

I gotta give props to breesus from another thread, the key to getting a woman to initiate sex is to make them think about it in a positive way. You need to treat them right, help them relax, and most importantly put the idea of sex into their mind for their own enjoyment.

It's your wife, if you can't figure out how to do that you suck at being a husband.

But yeah I initiate over 90% of the time. You know what really pisses you off is when you are exhausted and honestly don't want to but she initiates and you turn her down, and she gets sooooo pissed. Which usually makes me take her to pound town eventually. But the fact the one time in the past 5 months I turn her down pisses her off is absurd.

Been married 7 years, together 11.

Spouse initiates once every couple of months. I initiate about 3-4 times a week with about a fairly low success rate.

It gets tedious at times but I keep initiating because I don't want her to think I'm content in any way with a sexless marriage.
