Not one dime. Might go to the store tomorrow for some marked down candy bars.

About $30. Live at the end of a cul de sac in a neighborhood that’s seemingly aged out of trick or treating. We’ll have 4 or 5 show up and my wife takes the rest of it to school.

We haven't been getting many (if any) trick or treaters the last couple of years. In the past when our neighborhood was one of the newer and nicer ones in the area, we'd get a good crowd. A few years ago, they opened a subdivision with large expensive houses and now the crowds go there.

I bought about $15.00 of stuff that we like so it won't go to waste if no one comes. I don't intend to sit outside like we used to but will be ready if anyone rings the bell.

I have restrictions placed on my agreement where I can not hand out candy on Halloween. Easter is fine though

Friend,
That sounds like something TulaneLSU would say. You know, with Halloween being a pagan holiday and whatnot.

But Easter, well, Hallelujah! Give my regards to Mother and Uncle.

Your friend,
TT

I refuse to in my neighborhood. When I first moved in I was excited to participate and bought a lot of candy. I had two knocks at my door. Apparently I am supposed to sit in my driveway and give it out. Hell no. I am not removing myself from the comfort of my couch and extremely large TV to sit in my driveway

Those are the ones that probably enjoy and appreciate it the most.

$0.

We buy other stuff that’s not candy. Probably $50 worth + whatever candy my kids already brought home from school that they didn’t want.

Bought two big bags. A big tootsy variety pack and a Reece's and Kit Kat miniature big bag. $22 total.

May get 1 or 2 groups. Our neighbors across the street with 3 kids usually come by at least.

Kernersville does a very cool trick or treat. They shut down downtown, and the historic downtown has a bunch of cool shops. All the business owners decorate their store fronts all up and they give out candy. There's live music, a bunch of older kids and people walking around in really good costumes.

Bet there's always a few thousand people there.

It's actually a pretty fun time. We took our son to that every year.

The main Blvd through my neighborhood is where all the action is. Nobody comes down my way. About to fill a 30oz yeti cup with a whisky drink and start walking
