I'm in Donelson for now. We bought with the idea of putting probably 15-20k into the place and renting it out. But I'm hearing Donelson is next up for city money, and if that happens, we may just sell when the time is right.

I think D.C. Would be one of my top 5 cities in the US to move right now if I could afford it and find a decent job.

1550 and I one room I don't even really use.
I would trade having an even smaller house for having a bigger yard.
That'd be perfect for me, a small house on a shitload of acreage. No noisy neighbors nearby. Oh man one can dream.
