Mine was 1600 living and I just added a 16x9 mudroom/office and 7x7 expanded utility room. I'm about 1800 now. I like it, I get to see my kids and it isn't hard to clean.

Save on the house and build a big shed or buy more land. They aren't making any more.

I share a closet with my husband. Not a walk in just a closet. And we live in 600 square feet with a toddler. It is a little smaller than I would prefer but I think 1200 would be plenty. I would however love a 1 acre lot....that would run me well over a million here though.

1800 would be perfect for me however 300 of that would be a dressing room for me

So you live in a single wide but would love a double wide?

Perfect!

Probably 1800-2000 square feet.

My current 1 bedroom is about 900 sq ft, triple this size seems about right.

2,500 sq. ft.

Basically build a 2,000 sq. ft. house and add 100 sq. ft. to the master bath, 200 sq. ft. to the kitchen, and add an extra 200 sq. ft. master closet.

Jenn I grew up in a smaller home and I feel it's what has made me much closer to my siblings. A very close knit family.
