The red beans and rice here is mostly just rice. Very little red beans

Sounds like they get worse as you go farther north.

The places that pre-fill the side containers always are stingy.

I lived in a northern town for 9 months and they only had KFC for fried chicken. How do you think I felt?

The red beans and rice at my Popeyes is solid and I'm on the far north side of Chicago.

This thread is inspiring a Popeyes stop for me tomorrow. I might even order a dozen biscuits to test what my threshold is. I don't think I've attempted more than 3 or 4 in one sitting.

I think I could easily eat 15. 25 if I'm really hungry. And if I can deep it in one of their sauces then probably 32.

Nobody's eating anything other than $5.00 Big Boxes there for awhile because the line is too long to order anything else.

I am the only person in existence who doesn't like Popeyes biscuits. I find them too heavy.

I think you're confusing their service with their biscuits.

My only complaint with the biscuits is every time I go to sop-up the red beans & rice my biscuit falls apart. Anybody know how to stop this from happening? 'nuff to make a grown man cry.

I'm pretty sure that after 10 biscuits, your blood would become mostly butter.

I looked online and it says 260 calories per biscuit, but I think that's seriously underestimating. There's like 100 calories in a teaspoon of butter and I think those things are doused in more butter than that.

I feel that this is a fitting commentary on KFC...

Speaking of buscuits, if you're ever around Nashville, stop in to Loveless Cafe. You'll eat at least 10. Best buscuits ever:

ETA: And their fried chicken is top notch too:

I love donuts, but after 2 or so, my stomach starts fighting back. My dad on the other hand can polish off a dozen, and he's a small guy.

Those biscuits look similar to the ones my high school served. Those were the best biscuits I've had.

Boy this is an archetypical Owlie change-up OP question.

He'd let us all answer and then change the question to something like-

"How Many Cocks Did You Suck Over the Past Week?"

To the original version of the OP- I could now eat two or so biscuits.

"Back in the day" as they say, maybe 6 or 7 biscuits at a setting.
