Popeye's must be different in Louisiana because the ones I have tried outside of it are not good other than their version of Red Beans and Rice.

The red beans and rice here is mostly just rice. Very little red beans

I now see why so many people order the red beans with no rice

That all you can eat is amazing. It's been a few years, sadly.

I'd go 2 legs, 2 wings, macaroni&cheese, dirty rice topped with red beans and a biscuit on the first pass.

Spicy breast and wing, biscuit, mashed potatoes, red beans and I'm full. And then I go get another spicy wing and scoop of potatoes and then I go nap
