I don't think you can force people to take down decorations on their vehicles, clothing, or R/Vs.

I don't care about the flag but if it bothers players or recruits then fans shouldn't fly it.

Mississippi is the only state whose flag still has the confederate battle flag saltire. It's an embarrassment to the state.

I don't think it's an embarrassment, they should stand their ground and keep the flag.

Mississippi was a state for 77 years before that flag was adopted. The current flag was adopted in 1894 as a symbol of the confederacy, which was a rebellion against the federal government and a symbol of a state that promoted and institutionalized slavery.

The OT is a very interesting human piece.

When there is a big race scandal like the Ferguson shooting, this place is full blown pro white, black kid had to have done it.

When a confederate flag thread pops up, everyone has suddenly become the "Racism is bad, southerners are stupid" types.

Very interesting

South Carolina didn't start flying the flag over the State House until 1962 when the Civil Rights Movement was in full swing. And people wonder why the flag has such a negative meaning these days....

What I like best about the rebel flag is that it's the ultimate friend filter.

If it offends you, I don't want to be your friend.

Actually, every Mississippian can be mighty proud of that flag because they are the last state to not cave in to the god damn PC yankeedom that is well on its way to destroying America.
