It you can't solve this complex parking situation between you, your brother, and your 16 year old son, none of you should have licenses. Asking the Internet to predict your daily schedules and how to best plan appropriately makes zero sense to me.

or you could knock on his door and say 'man, if you don't mind, can you not park directly opposite my drive? I would appreciate it if you didn't, it makes my backing out suck and one day Im gonna hit your truck'

either way, the driveway is the answer

either line up on the left or right leaving enuf space
to get in and out, and the most active drivers nearest the street
