Force yourself to start physically moving.
I started working out and it helps tremendously.

edit: seriously though, have you tried seeking help? nothing wrong with reaching out for help if you need it.

Physical activity and pray for sunshine. Seriously. I can get down in the dumps pretty easily ... for me going for a run helps and a sunny beautiful day does wonders while a rainy day sinks me further. Not that a person can alter the weather.

I think recognizing the issue is a first step.

Seriously. One day at a time. Go for a run. Nothing beats depression like exercise. Of course all the dipshits will tell you to drink...but it doesn't work.

Realize that you are just fortunate to be here and there are a lot of people worse off than you are

seek professional help if its the type of depression that just wont go away. ppl get depressed all the time but can usually bounce back. those who cant are clinically depressed and usually need counseling and medication to help them through their depression

Need help with fapping? How could you need help with fapping? If you need help with fapping then I can understand why you'd be depressed......

Or workout three times a day and ask random women to lunch. That seems healthy.

This does it for me. On a pretty day I like to go to the gym and then go lay outside and take a nap.

This is how I'd rank possible solutions. If one doesn't work move on to the next one.

Alcohol

Antidepressants

Talking about your feelings
