How do people in NOLA pronounce Marengo Street?

Is it Marengo kinda like Mango or is it like Mare en joe? I do love how weird a lot of the pronunciations are in Louisiana and especially New Orleans. If anybody wants to post other words with ridiculous pronunciations, feel free.

Calliope is pronounced correctly in rap songs.

My favorite is definitely Clio Street, pronounced "CL-10" (See Ell Ten).

At this point, I always recommend “Frenchmen, Desire, and Good Children”.
