But seriously. You have absolutely no facts to back up any claim you've made. I'm all ears if you do.

Stop allowing immigrantion, ship illegals back where they came from, and slaughter of the thugs by police and military. In all honesty, I feel we are beyond help. SJW, Liberals, and the welfare culture have pushed us past the point of no return. God help us if Hillary wins b

Crime is just about an all-time low, at least since the past 50 years .

Murder rate is actually lower now than in the 60s and less than half of what it was in much of the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

In my humble opinion, its two basic fundamental elements.

Respect and accountability. And neither of those are racist terms. Its truth, and it applies to humans, not races.

If people respected themselves, and life, and others, it would go a long way.

If all parents held kids accountable for things in certain areas (white and black neighbhorhoods), they would learn that there are consquences, and that you should respect yourself before making foolish decisions.

But it seems those are lost, and often times, its because there is a lack of a male role model to enforce these basic fundamentals. Mothers love and nurture and are required in raising a child. But a fathers fear is what shapes a behavior, and is needed.

Again, just my humble opinion, and I'm sure I triggered someone, and thats OK.

The Washington Post is compiling information on people shot by police in 2015, including their race and whether they were armed.

Of the 867 deaths the paper has logged so far, and for which there was information on race, 27.1% were black, 17.9% Latino, 51.1% non-Latino white, and 1.4% Asian. The latest estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau indicate that 13.2% of Americans are black, 17.4% Latino, 62.1% non-Latino white, and 5.4% Asian.

This suggests that black Americans are disproportionately likely to be fatally shot by police. However, it’s hard to say from these simple percentages whether a typical encounter between police and a black suspect is more likely to end up with a shooting than if the suspect is white.

That’s because black Americans also have disproportionately more interactions with police. One way of measuring this is through arrests: The latest data compiled by the FBI indicates that 28.3% of people arrested in 2013 for the crimes it monitors were black, and 16.6% were Latino — not so different from the percentages for fatal shootings by police.

However, it doesn't stop there. When you consider police shootings in which the suspect was unarmed blacks are shot at a larger percentage than whites.

Income inequality has no easy answers... will take some people alot smarter than me to figure out how we tackle that while still keeping government as small as possible.

Simply a matter of consequences for bad behavior. Relatively speaking, there are none. Problem is the definition of "bad" has been turned on its head and anarchy is now embraced by a large percentage of the population. Since WWII, we've been shielded from harm and the moral code is capute. In the area of terrorism, it seems we've reached a level of acceptance. 10 murdered here; 40 murdered there in the name of Islam... oh well. There is an unspoken number below which we just talk about it - above which we take substantive action. What that number is is subjective. Everybody has their own number. For the sake of discussion, let say there were 500 shot and killed at a convention on U.S. soil. Is that over the threshold? Let's not forget the 3,000 at 9-11. You'd think that would be enough, but the administration still refuses to bell the cat.

In the area of morality (and what is and is not tolerated), it's now become the wild west. No one is being called out for bad behavior. Human nature has us always probing the limits of what we can get away with. That envelope is constantly being stretched, and there seems to be no end in sight. Our current culture is not unlike Sodom and Gomorrah. I think a defining moment in cultural evolution was when pornography started being referred to as an "industry". At some point, it gained respectability. Now we're dealing with the twisted logic of Black Lives Matter (sit back and watch the race-baiters try to defend 5 dead policemen in Dallas). We rely far too much on the media to define our lives. The change has been so methodical and slow that over the years, it's been imperceptible - like an ominous glacier - all in the name of tolerance. See "The Camel's Nose In the Tent"

Moral of the story: we (as in you and me) need to be less tolerant of bullshite, and believing someone else will do it for us is wishful thinking. The world as we know it has its own self-policing mechanism. It's been short-circuited over the years by very opportunistic and self-serving sociopaths. On the timeline of the infinite, we're talking a very short period. It will swing back. Teach your children well.

That's not true. If you look at the FBI murder statistics by race you'll see that there are 409 black on white murders and 189 white on black murders.

That may seem like double. But once you consider that blacks comprise about 15% of total population and whites about 70% the argument falls apart.

Disagree. 15% of the population accounting for 68% of the category? Come on...
