Usually yes especially if they know someone was hurt or killed in hit and run. Of course the avg glass guy who hates his job may not give damn

There appears to be some kind of debris up at the top of the windshield. Clothes? Hair? Flesh?
Would have been a dead giveaway at the auto glass place.
