I can now hurt myself by sleeping the wrong way. Also my allergies have gotten worse.

You certainly have to eat better and consider supplements if you wish to compete in sports after 37. I was naturally good (not awesome) at sports but once 37 hit, I had to work at it.

Everytime I hurt or pop, I'm convinced it's cancer.

Money... Had more of it than my 20s..... Had my own house and the pusqually was always there... My thirties were awesome...
Body changes didn't accur until my forties when my eyesight went to shite... The aches and pains really started when I hit my 50's.
Best part about getting older is you worry less about petty shite... What's important to you now, won't be in 10 to 20 years... Especially if you get married and have kids..

I still felt young at 30. After 35, everything started going to shite. Fine lines, crappier skin. Time is not kind to women.

Turned 40 last year.
Go to bed by 9pm
Only drink water
Workouts are at the house and don't involve weights

I'll be 35 next month but I still remember my first haircut after I turned 30, the lady asked if I'd like for her to trim my ears and eyebrows. I had never been asked that in my life. I just remember thinking "Well, I guess this is my new normal."

I don't remember, but after 40, I swear my dick shrank or my nuts hang way lower, not sure which. Have to pee more often, everything aches, kids on my lawn get under my skin. I could continue.

So you spend your time hiking and playing acoustic guitar like on the Viagra commercials?

I will be 30 in July. Used to be able to play basketball all day in my early twenties. Now two games and I can't walk the next day .
