Indeed. I should definitely say that I've never been in the OP's shoes and believe me - I count my blessings. Still, I know a ton of dudes that have - including my father-in-law. When my wife was a kid, her mom literally could have dragged him through the legal rapings. But when they split, he went above and beyond to let her know that he'd keep it in her favor. They raised some good kids out of it.

Same crap with me going on 4 years now. Ex just uses my kids as pawns or weapons to hurt me. I stay stressed and worried about them constantly. What makes it worse she still wants me back. Not much I can do about it at all. It's so bad it's starting cause tears in the relationship I'm in now. I just let my kids know I love them more than anything every chance I get.

I'm sorry man. Assuming you don't have a rap sheet or history of abuse there's no reason that broad can hold your daughter from you.
Lawyer up if you have to. But most states have it set up to where you can file a motion or petition with the court for custody arrangements.

Which would lead to the next questions of are you stated as the father on the child's birth certificate and are you supporting her financially?

Not being a pussy, I haven't once let her know she's
affected me the entire time. I have always been calm, cool, and cordial to her no matter how much of a bitch she was. That has been my one victory everytime she has wanted a fight or me pissed off, I've caught her off guard by not yelling and fighting back. It drives her crazy. I just hope the game gets old and she gives it up. The kids should matter most but some people cannot do that.
