If you are an active person with good genetics, you can eat whatever you want, when you want, and stay in awesome shape.

If you have shite genetics and aren't active (outside of your workouts), you can still have one cheat meal and it won't hurt you.

OP is being dramatic.

Any one who has a girlfriend and is still this concerned about weight is a freak. When I'm single, I eat right and workout. When I'm getting my balls sucked, I eat pizza

Some people are concerned with their health AND getting laid.

Very, very few people can do this especially after 20's. This is why most people you see in the gym don't get much results. They are consistent in the gym but neglect their diet other than drinking a protein shake after working out. Just look at the threads here about getting in shape, losing weight, etc. Lots of talk about running/working out, very little about changing your diet.

i know i'm not the best example of this stuff, but i know, theoretically, what to do (i actually am eating really well now, just not working out)...and explaining that drives me mad

40-45 min of regular cardio will burn what? 250 cals? people add that shite to their daily eating without even trying

it's a LOT easier to cut 500 cals/day from your diet than it is to burn 500 cals/day via working out

I would think a little more than that depending on the intensity.

I've run a few miles and then downed a 9% pint of beer immediately afterwards. Basically burning calories and immediately replacing them in half the time. I know there are other benefits besides strickly the calories, but it makes you realize how important diet is.

about 6 years ago when i was 30 lbs ligher and regularly working out and all that, i was working a lot in houston. i was invited to participate in a running & beer club. i didn't run, so declining was easy, but i couldn't imagine the net cal benefits being positive (esp how i drank back then)

I maintain a pretty low bodyfat% and don't do cardio. If your diet is right you don't need it other than the obvious cardiovascular benefits. I think I'm gonna start running a few miles everyday so I can drink more beer though.

having a full time job and being #3 on a political compaign are killing my energy and free time to work out

i'm walking 30 min in the morning when i wake up early enough and once i get some breathing room, doing T25 again (HIIT/plyo)

once i get in shape and my body stronger, i'm doing body beast (lifting)

C'mon bro is it that hard to realize after reading the op that he was going to roll up in there all sulky about having to eat pizza?

If we can't do that little exercise in common sense... Let's take another swing at this... Is it not bitch-like to complain about the food at someone else's party? The anxiety about these people not catering to his dietary requirements when his girl's momma chooses something he doesn't like. You don't see a self centered bitch like pattern there?

oh and for the OP, do what i'm doing now

i am making my green mix now, before i leave to bro down at a diaper party. and this is the whole point of not wasting cheat meals...sometimes shite happens and you aren't given any options. do as much as you can (like eating veg before you go to curb your hunger) and enjoy
