Hollywood, CA has the same problem. And from my short time being in New Orleans, I think it's much worse in Hollywood.

Sometimes it's a shame the city has good distribution systems. Second rate Fentanyl laced stuff would clean this problem up.

I'll probably be in New England so if theres anyone around there thatd like to- that would be pretty groovy:) I plan to go towards florida but it doesnt really matter where.

always get tired of saying 'can you spare any change'. i,ve made up some spange lines to mix things up, and they seem to be more lucrative. i'm sure people get burnt out on hearing the same old lines and it gets tiresome repeating your self. i'm going to give you the story behind the first.: can you spare any change for a chainsaw and a half gallon of vodka? this comes from being in ashland oregon last year. a friend told me about a hardware store outside of town. after going sure enough at the ace hardware store you can walk out with a chain saw in one hand and a handle of vodka in the other. not all of these get the best of reactions, but i don't have much to lose. another: spare any change for a bicycle helmet,i don't have a bike i just fall down alot. this one i got from a friend ,its for the ladies: could you spare any change so i can buy you some flowers? for the hip hop crew: i know you don't know me homie, but could you spare a little change fo' me? cause a pimp with a limp shouldn't skimp. i could go all day with them, but i want to hear some other ones from you.

I dont spange generally, but one time I was dressed in my clown costume, running around asking people for 8000 bucks, already well drunk, and not really looking for money, just bored and hanging out with other dirty kids. The cops came, and I had just walked away from the others a few moments before. One person was already cuffed and in the back of the car, and the other was getting cuffed as I walked up. I interrupted and explained that I was the one asking people, and these two had nothing to do with it. I was cuffed, and thrown roughly (face first, with hands behind the back) into the back of the car, then clubbed pretty severely for good measure.
On the way to lock up, the cops put on the siren and sped as fast as they could every two blocks, to slam on the breaks and throw me from the seat into the bars separating from from back, while one of them yelled repeatedly, "Boy, you should have known better than to frick with the most well armed gang in New Orleans!". I spent two days in lock up, trying to sound like I was crazy in all of the interviews (figured a hospital was better than OPP). After two days I was released, 4 in the morning, and headed straight for the bar.
I did manage to put my hoody on over the fancy orange OPP shirt, and sneak it out with me though.

I don't say it as I honestly want people to die. Just as the OT response,yo. But man these people.

Their forum is entertaining though.
