I live in the real world and I am being honest and fair. You know it as well as I do that this type of stereotyping happens. One poster has already admitted to doing it in this thread. You may not but that doesn't mean others don't.
True story, we watched two waitresses get into a "quiet" argument at a restaurant about taking the "black table." Me and my wife politely left. To be fair that restaurant didn't last long and closed down soon. The irony of this story is that I know one of the former owners now (black guy

They all got separate checks, one girl her bill was $9.56, and she gave me a $10 bill. Everyone else had cards so they didn't pay cash.
I was handing back the credit card slips to the 3 girls and the 4th girl who paid cash said "Do you have my change?" and I was pretty upset. I dug the $.44 cents out my pocket, but I made sure to take extra long to do it and only gave her nickels and pennies out of spite. I made a total of $1.50 on the table, one girl tipped me a $1.50 and the other 3 stiffed me.

There is another type of table that is the worst:
White Women. A table of all older white women, those bitches are all ordering water with lemon, and they are each individually calculating their bill to the penny.

This is just a misunderstanding stemming from a cultural barrier. Throwing coins at a white girl is believed to give you good luck and beating the chef is actually a compliment. It's like the saying "So good you'll wanna slap yo mamma."

Not only this but they stay and camp at the table for 3 hours talking meaning you can't turn the table over to make more money on other guests.
When your table of 4 older women ask for water/tea refills after you give them their final bill and tell them to have a good night, you know they are there for the long haul

Middle aged white men, especially without their wife present, are #1. They are the ideal customer.
ETA: The reason I ranked high school kids above middle aged/older white women is because they don't tip very well, but they are always polite because they're just kids. Older white women tip about the same as high schoolers, but they're needy and rude.

I actually agree.
Whenever I take one of my teams out to a restaurant, before we get off the bus we have the tip talk. I have even asked our serves if they can add gratuity into the tickets.
It took me one time to realize this. Went to Ihop or something like that in route to a game, as we were leaving I noticed one of my players didn't leave a tip (16 year old white kid), I asked him about it. He looked at me and said he doesn't believe in tipping and walked off.

Dumb. Me and the other closing servers have an organized rotation for this. When its your turn to get the LBT "late black table" its your turn, no bitching. My turn last came up on Monday and I got them. It's my turn again tomorrow night. This way we don't argue and don't do it in front of guests.

As a former Chilis server and cook, there is nothing better than throwing a bunch of unnecessary kindness and patience to an a-hole customer. It is hard to do sometimes but it is fun to mind frick them right out of their socks.

The group of 4 middle aged white men in their 40s or 50s who had just gotten done playing a round of golf is my favorite.
Usually a white couple in their 20s on a date is good too because the man doesn't want to look cheap.
