You keep calling the guy "a cheater" but he in fact is not cheating on anyone, he is just enticing the women to cheat on their husbands. I think this is where you keep confusing people.

The guy himself isn't a cheater unless he is in a relationship.
If you don't know for sure that he is banging the new married chick, then I don't know if I'd say anything. Still not sure why you won't give an example of how you know she is cheating

I'm thinking this whole thing is going to end with a Tyler Durden kind of twist where the OP finds out he is his brother and he's been fricking other people's wives the whole time.

Understand you can't give details. Guess what I'm asking is did you witness unmistakable cheating or did you just see what could be cheating or what? How did you come to be convinced this happened?

True. But this is a very serious thing you're talking about here. You're talking about people's lives being ruined. That's why we keep asking what proof you have.
So far all you've told us is you've seen them together somewhere. But all that means is something could be happening. It could also mean they're old friends and just happen to run into each other. Is the extent of your proof just seeing them somewhere interacting with one another?
