I'm abandoning the OP in favor of your story. 
So how did you discover this couple on a blanket?
If they're in the woods, they can hear you sneaking up from far away, and have time to take evasive action.......Unless you were up in a deer stand already, and they didn't know you were there.

In the fall. I was "sneaking around" as you say squirrel hunting. Came up over a little rise, and BOOM. Trust me. They weren't listing for noise in such a heated moment. Only heard me when I coughed, and moved parallel back down the ridge. I never said a word, but they knew what I had seen.

I rarely blame the guy who gets with a married woman. He's a scum bag sure but we all rail a good looking chick if given the opportunity.

Your brothers' marriage is over and done. The only reason you need to concern yourself with him now is if he asks you for help in beating the guy his ex slept with.
Your concern should be for yourself. Since you say you have kids at home I am going to assume you have a wife and you do not want to blackmail this new cheating woman into sleeping with you.
You could approach her and let her know what you know. also let her know that if she cuts your grass and waxes your cars on a regular basis, there is no reason for you to say anything to her husband.
A few extra weekly chores will build her character and leave her with less time to break her vows. It is a win win for you and her.
