damn. Hate to hear that--he was still going on runs around campus when bar prep was going on.

Touching down in NOLA in about an hour. First order of business is a Natty tall boy in honor of one of the greats.

To Cheney

Really one of the sharpest and most kind hearted guys anybody could hope to meet.

Let's hear some Cheney Jo stories, old timers.

Damn. Sorry to hear that. He was one of the few I enjoyed.

Going to have to get a Natty Ice and some powdered donuts in his honor today.

I will refer to everyone I meet today as "PeeWee" in his honor. RIP Chaney.

"Varnum Kit Carson. I like to imagine him with a longrifle and a coon-skinned cap."

Just terrible news. I didn't like his class much, but he was a wonderful person and very engaged with students. Wish his family the best.

I enjoyed his class. He was the master of answering questions with questions.

He was a great friend of the students. He was a great person.

Was always a really nice guy when I worked at the Law School as a student worker. Always running around campus too. Hope I can run like that at that age. Sad news.

He honestly wasn't one of my favorites but he was a pretty cool guy outside of class.
