I read the article, and I didn't get the same feeling as you did when you read it. (I'm not pro-St.George either, BTW, but I think BOTH sides on TD and elsewhere tend to skew things a bit.) The article seemed to break down what each side stands to lose if they lose the mall.
Also, regarding your statement
Delgado (God, I hate even bringing his name up int these arguments) said that an agreement might be arranged (if annexation were to occur) in which SGFD would continue to cover the MOL (I'm guessing in return for payment for these services).

It's where I'm from to start. What I think you meant to say is this. I don't want STG to make a city and steal money from the city that made it what it is today good and bad? All because of greed and certain people in power don't want to lose their positions. So to do this they try to form their own city and say it's for the children?? Yes in that case you're so right.

Thanks for adding the link!! The chief is saying that when a mic is in his face. Behind close doors the city has plans to build another station in that area which I mentioned.
