So to do this they try to form their own city and say it's for the children??

The senate president pro tempre told them they had to do this to get a school district. They tried more than once.

How about you tackle the challenge of learning when to use a fricking comma to indicate breaks between clauses (or a period to indicate the end of a complete sentence) before you take on the advanced task of paragraph breaks?

EDIT: On second thought, frick it. Continue sharing your thoughts on local politics with writing a third grader would be embarrassed of. It's entertaining to watch the village idiot truly believe he knows what the chief's thinking.

The St. George bitching and moaning has pretty much jumped the shark.

Crick, all this shite is confusing to me, but I would like a new city. Will this come to a vote, and if yes, will just the people living in what would be the new city get to vote, or will all of BR get to vote?

Try "a third grader would find embarrassing" or "a third grader would be embarrassed by".

Yeah, at least I only embarrassed fifth graders. It's out there, and it stays. Them's the rules if you're gonna throw stones.

Law says only those living in the proposed area can vote. Sad thing is it's probably not going to happen if the mall bolts to BR.

I was looking forward to a new model of government. One where almost all services are contracted out. It would be awesome to have ten or twenty years to compare to our current model.

I tend to believe that by paying higher costs at the point of service would be much more cost effective than years of benefits and pensions. I also think customer service would be much better.

There are good arguments on both sides of the St.George debate....however the OP did not make one.

Still incorrect. "By which a third grader would be embarrassed" would be correct.

If I'm being honest, I didn't even read the OP. I just disagree with his shitty grammar so I disagree with his politics (whatever they may be).

There's a bill pending right now to give the entire City Parish a vote on the issue.

Is it time to suggest "...that a third grader would be embarrassed by, a-hole"?

I like your spacing. OP could learn from your post.

Unless you're quoting a question (which you are not), the question mark goes outside the quotation marks.

Should be:

quote:

Is it time to suggest "...that a third grader would be embarrassed by, a-hole"?

So let me get this straight LT? You are saying that BRFD does NOT make any calls (first aid, public assist, or fires) in SGFD districts????

Also, I've heard the argument that the city only cares about annexation now bc they will lose money....well no shite Sherlock!!! It's a parish wide fund there was no need for annex. I'm guessing the same people who make this argument believe only SG "citizens" shop at the MOL. Amazing what greed will do to people....wait um um I mean to help the children! Laughable
