When I was in HS we had a weird dude who liked to be controversial. For prom he wore a dress and a wig (he was also kicked out). We didn't build it a special bathroom or let him tinkle with the females. We just said no, you're a male.
The more that we continue to bend over backwards to accommodate the less than 1% of freaks out there who want everyone to cater to them, the more we're going to continue going down the shitter as a country. It's sad.

At the very least, if you're going to let a boy use a girl's bathroom because they think they're a girl, they need to have a medical waiver from their doctor/therapist and need to be seeking treatment for that affliction.
My sense is that with the new popularity of "gender fluidity," you don't need any of that, and if a school says, "no, you can't use the girl's bathroom," they're exposing themselves to a lawsuit.
