Pretty sure they only boot mon-fri unless it was for a parking violation. In which case that is a criminal act with the NOPD.

I call bullshite on the chainsaw.

A sawzall would be the thing to use. Or a cut off wheel, maybe.

The best part is Home Depot sells battery powered reciprocating saws and angle grinders, either of which would have cut the boot off and they'd have taken it back after. But your friend walked past those to the $3,000 steel cutting chainsaw that Home Depot has never sold? Or he got a regular chainsaw that won't cut a 3" cedar log after you touch the dirt with it?

Maybe to save money Nola bid the contract for their boot manufacturing to an Amish community. :idk:

A buddy of mine got a boot in college during class. He had a tool box full of tools and drilled the lock out of the boot and left if laying. The next day in class, the university police showed up and escorted him out of class. They mirandized him in the corridor and he spent three days at the jail awaiting a bond hearing for felony destruction of state property.

All in all, it cost him over three grand to remove the boot, pay the fine, and attorney to keep the felony count off of his record when the initial fine was only $210.

Don't have the video but here is an example

Uh that saw is about $3000 in that video and designed only for metal/concrete work and Lowes/HD don't sell those.

Put me in the you are lying crowd.

It's just a water hose hooked up to it, designed to carry away chips and keep everything cooled

You can actually get the boot off by completely deflating your tire and being willing to give up the rim
