Removal of objects obstructing vehicles. Provides necessary cover for booted people to legally claim ignorance/innocence of the removal at the same time as long as they avoid cameras and cops while doing the removal. Without witnesses there is no criminal to be pursued!

Afterall, not my problem if my newfound friend takes it upon himself to remove a boot without my knowledge or consent. And how was I to know if, upon returning to my vehicle, it is as I left it, operational. Now prove I had knowledge or participated in the removal without a witness to the removal.
