You confuse arrogance for pride and that is an all too frequent error by those on the outside looking in. As a native of Orleans Parish and now resident of Texas for some 27 years it is an easy mistake to make...I did at one time, no longer now.

The only thing Louisiana has better over Texas is creole/cajun food and fricking Tiger Stadium.
As much as I love the dome, it looks meager compared to Jerry World.

I think people who try to argue that Louisiana is better than Texas are just as dumb as the people who try to argue Texas is the best state in the country.

Still confused about the hatred for Texas, there are many states who are much worse than Texas.
