In an ideal world, he could hit her and knock her out.
But here in reality, he would probably go to jail regardless of what had happened to justify it. Now those kids have a dad in jail and unemployable when he gets out. What good does that do?

That was difficult to watch. I hope that lady is locked up. I cannot believe the things she was saying to that child. I would have called the police and restrained her if she was doing that tommy child. She needs a lot of help

At one point when she was in the bed it appeared that she was not going to stop beating the child I feel that was enough to use force, any force, to stop the beating.

Putting that bitch in jail isn't punishment enough for the mental and physical abuse she inflicted upon that innocent child. The child is going to need far more counseling than that count needs. Counseling is lost on her at this point. There's still time to undo the damage that bitch has done to that child, though. That bitch is just pure evil defined.
