here And sorry it's more than I first said.

Nice house. It is on 1/5 of an acre so there is no yard. It is almost the house from The Mayfair Witches.

Hopefully, some ex-CIA spook with Bourne like skills will move in and reverse mind frick this guy before killing him in a slow and painful manner.

The Watcher mailed letters. I am sure they have DNA and/or fingerprints on them. I do not know how backed up the lab is up there but I guess it is a lot.

When caught, he will plead down to Illegible Handwriting and do about 48 hours in the county lockup.

I would also pay to walk a cadaver dog through the house if the local LEO's would not do it.

Good choices but I would go with an Italian Mastiff. Dock his ears. About as imposing a dog as there is.

Very loyal and trainable.

And would make The Watcher wet himself.

Psycho has been watching too much of SINISTER movies.

Do not bow down to this nut job, like many have said, get security for piece of mind & a loaded moss berg if the .1% actually happens

Pretty smart tactic if Real Estate agency wanted to make multiple commissions on same property

I would sue the sellers for not disclosing the fact they had threatening letters sent to them because they lived in the house.

Which is happening.

I hate how litigious our country has gotten, but that is fricked up to sell a house you know comes with a threatening stalker.

the only adult post so far.

And I would report it to the US Postal Police immediately. I would put my money on them. The regular police would not have time or the expertise. I would not keep the regular police out of the loop. In face my attorney would contact the regular police to determine whether the previous owners reported this mess.
The Postal Police would come in from whatever distant big city and work it.

Shouldn't there be some sort of historic records reflecting the prior watchers? If not, wouldn't 3 generations of living in proximity limit the pool of potential watchers as well?

This is classic you'd camp out for two to three nights and then get bored and go back to watching NASCAR.

Or wind up in jail for shooting your daughters sausage provider
