I made the mistake of going to walmart and have an eye exam. I had no insurance at the time and went the cheaper route going to walmart. They never could get my prescription right after going back three times and eventually still had to go back to my normal optometrist.

I can vouch for the woman opt at Target Millerville. She offers discounts if you have insurance but not vision insurance. Not sure with Walmart but at Target they set their own price.
